Directory of Information Technology managers?

I used to be a sales person in the software consulting space and am planning to re-enter the space. When I was a salesperson there was a directory of IT managers in various companies. This directory also had their titles and contact information and also had information about the specific IT environment at each company (database, operating system, applications, etc.). I'm been trying to find this directory on the web but have not had any success. Can someone help? Thanks.
