Anyone had laser surgery on a deep strawberry birth mark? |
I have a really large strawberry birthmark on my left leg. In 1994, I had a dermatologist try with some success to remove it. However, it was the largest she had heard of at the time and wasnt sure about how long it would take to get all of it. The real problem was that a few hours post-op, the pain was so bad I couldn't stand it. She had no clue to prescribe me any pain meds and didn't expect my calf to swell like it did. Has the technology advanced enough since then for me to spend money to have a new consult done? Anyone know? My daughter had it done , it will slowly disappear after a few months, a lite make-up will cover it nicely after your healing |
