Do I use "to take care of" correctly in these sentences?

It's used properly.. but some other things needed changing, I think. Here's what I think it should look like.. but check with other people first. I'm a scientist.. i never trust my first answer.

Well, I think you need to simplify this paragraph by using simpler, more readable language. Now, to take care of, is too vague. It doesn't tell us precisely what the duty is. Does it mean to write the work contract or to fulfill it or to monitor it or to implement it? Does it mean to order goods and services or to supervise the ordering of goods and services?
