Do I use the word "speardhead" correctly in this sentence?

Try this:
"Group Supply Chain Management (SCM), a spearhead of the company in interacting with contractors, was appointed as an implementer in the application of CHESM process."

Spears typically have only one head, so I suggest that you either change "a" to "the" or find another metaphor depending upon the actual structure of your Company's organization.

That seems ok but please check your spelling.
