What performance measures do copmpanies adopt in the supply chain?

Lead time, % on time delivery, average delivery times, dispersion of delivery times, system utilization rates, customer satisfaction ratings, inventory turnover ratio, inventory costs savings, dpmo, % returns, process effectiveness, cost of quality, forecasting errors, etc... oh so many ways to measure supply chain performance.

The term "supply chain" is so broad that performance measures are virtually endless. Any financial term could be used to measure supply chain performance.
