Which is the best software for writing?

I am only going to mention open source programs (free, including source code), but don't forget that there are commercial products also available if you do not like the following programs.

For word processing, there are plenty of choices. One of the more popular programs is OpenOffice. Find it at www.openoffice.org. Another popular open source word processor is WordIt (http://wordit.sourceforge.net/).

For writing storys, I would recomend you use StorYBook (http://storybook.intertec.ch/). Good luck!

Microsoft Office Word is the best solution.

You can buy the 2007 version on it's own or part of Microsoft Office 2007.

If you buy Microsoft Office you get other programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Publisher.

the best word processing tool atm is most likely Microsoft word, but office is a little pricey so i suggest something like open office.

Microsoft Word is the most universal program for anything of that sort.

i think microsoft word. it helps with grammer and spelling too.
