Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration SYMBIOSIS OR MBA from sikkim manipal university ??

I am a graduate(non-computer background).I have 1 year experience in software development..I am staying in Pune..i want to go for my MBA degree in DIstance learning mode ..which will be a better option for me??Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from SCDL OR MBA from sikkim manipal university(I am not illegible for IGNOU course because i have 1 yr experience).. Personally i want to go for MBA but if PGDBA from Symbiosis holds the same value as MBA in industry i can go for it also..
Please suggest me what should i do...

There is no difference between PGDBA and MBA. For distance education is not good for professional courses like MBA. MBA is interactive and participative learning. Look for any part time MBA available in Pune.

Go MBA and get more experience.
