Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering? |
I've heard that attaining an Electronic Engineering degree, along with personal experience and a fairly decent portfolio would have a higher chance of getting a job at software development compared to getting a Software Engineering degree. This also applies to Computer Engineering. Electrical Engineering is more versatile than Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. Do a good degree in "Electronic and Electrical Engineering" that covers electronics, physics, programming, signal processing, and electrical power. You will be gauranteed a selection of good jobs. EEE is probably the best degree you can have in terms of applicability. |
