I want to create and run an on-line magazine, know of good development software?

I want to create an online magazine with interactive reader functionality and response features. Like this web site that allows you to respond to information. Do you know of real inexpensive web development software that will get me going? Maybe with pre-built online magazine templates? Maybe so

Check out Joomla, it's pretty easy to set up a site--if you are a little bit technical.

Notepad is all you need to write web pages, but there's no program that will do it for you - you're going to have to learn web design and programming.

i personally like microsoft publisher but i'm not sure it fits your needs entirely
