Consider getting a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, rather than in Game Programming. The CS degree is more generally useful, and it'll be helpful when you're burned out on game development in a couple of years, and want to get a better job.

Read this before you get a game programming degree:

Additional skills you might want to pick up include a few mathematics electives, as well as some science courses. You'll learn some useful skills there that treanslate, more or less, to the programming world.

I don't see any math courses listed therefore I am assuming you will be enrolled in advanced math courses as part of your BA degree. If this is not the case, I highly recommend you find out why not. You may want to compare your program with that offered by other colleges and see for yourself how mush math is required. Do this before you sign!!!

If you're going to be doing on-line games, you'll also want to learn the client-server model, databases and some languages that are used for on-line programming - like SQL, php and javascript. (HTML and CSS are also must-haves.)
