About PHP coding software?

I m using Wampserver as web development environment, but coding in notepad. What is the best coding software of PHP. Does it is useful of asp, sql also?

I too would highly recommend Dreamweaver for its code highlighting features, site management and its functionality (although it lacks little bits to make it perfect), but I've also come accross phpDesigner in the past and thought it to be very flexible and cheap!

I like Notepad ++. It has a lot of features that benefit coders.

I use notepad++. Not sure if it is the best or not, but I like it.

try Dreamweaver its best and has helpfull hits for PHP specially ....
