Website Development Softaware?

Hello, I was interested in making a website that will allow users to login. Kind of like a forum. www.darkmindz.com for example. Does anyone know of software I could use to make a website like this other than Frontpage, Freewebs, or Blue Voda?

You could try Dreamweaver if you are just after something that will design the pages for you.

If you want something to help you with the code, then forget web design software. You need free content management software such as Joomla
