What is the name of the software for 3d bidykits development (with in car image) for automotive Tuning ???

I need a software to develop external view of my MMC Galant. I saw something like that in germany but i forgot the name of this software. Description: there is a screen with car image and as I clic on the button front bumper changes to other . Its somethig like Need For Speed Underground 2 in the body work shop . So if somboby knows the name of this software please write me
