Can i switch from software testing(QA) to development side after having one year experience ?

Of course you can, but you need to do some self-training, and the year of experience as a QA will be disregarded by most employers. You will also get a lot of questions "why", especially by the good companies (who value testers a lot).

Yes. You can. But you should have good programming knowledge in your area of interested language or platform.

Why would you wan to switch from Testing to Development?
If it is based on career ambitions, then it it would not be a great one.
However, if find joy only in Development, then U can. But U must have the necessary skill set. If the QA work involves, checking if the code adheres to coding standards, you ccan highlight that also.
