I am working in a Software Company and would like to Switch Over from Development to Testing.Give me an Idea?

Pls Give Me a Better Solution B'cos I m much more interested in Testing

Frankly speaking the toal number od people chasing the job in testing r far less as compaed to development .... so u heading for more specilist job ... which has its won merits or demerits ........... u will b competing with few which means better remuneration n more status.

However u will b away from the mainstream which means lesser opportunities !

Again its a trade off ! I recommend it will alwyz pay u if u r away from the masses ... so its gonna b a god change
