Need IM Product Mgr contact info at Yahoo so can discuss authorization for custom IM client development?

We are doing some software development within the airline industry, and we are integrating public IM networks into a custom IM client (using separate launch points to keep them separate).

Our platform is quite unique because of the environment we are developing under, and the related constraints.

I would like to discuss our development plans and intent with you to determine if we can get a special arrangement with you in order to develop a permissible Custom Client.
