What is the best way to professionally and legally recieve payment for packaged software from abroad? |
We are a small software development company (in India). Until now we were serving the local customers but now we are into talks with a well established firm abroad (USA) for delivering packaged software.Can you kindly guide us what is the safest legal way to recieve the payment for the software and what steps and precautions need to be taken to ensure that we recieve proper payment in due time with least of hassle.
