Suppose you are the newly hired CEO of a SW development company. You discover that the company has a history of buggy software and the costs for fixing bugs have seriously eroded profits. What steps would you undertake to turn things around? I'd quit working for Microsoft. Uhh... Stop releasing software that is not ready for market. Have software properly tested. |
