Is education in Germany free...?

If yes, how can I qualify for an admission in MBA...?

I am a final year student of BS in Computer engineering... I would like to do a part-time MBA so that I may earn as well...

I am very well in software development ... Could I get a job there in as a software/web development...?

Education in germany is free, at least in some states.You need to pass a tough german test to be accepted and your school or university degrees need to be recognized.You also need a student visa which requires you to prove that you have enough money to live on (several thousand Euros).
Working there requires a work permit and a different type of Visa, which is difficult to get.
Bachelor degrees are uncommon in germany, usually students get a Magister/Diplom degree after 4 1/2 years which is more like a Master.
