I intend to have a web-site for discussion on religioous purposes. I have following questions;?

1. What are the likely running costs involved like development of the software and taking the bandwidth .[who is the seller of the bandwidth]

2. What would be the initial costs including software development.
3. Who will design the web site and add the features as required by me.

I have used two free servers for hosting my web site, they provide a few services as trail. But they also offer full services but one has to pay for that.

And as i live in Lahore, Pakistan, there are many companies offering these services. we just have to go to thier office and pay according to space and other services as email address and etc.
