How do I raise capital for my business?

I would like to start a broking franchisee and no bank will fund such a venture. The business will also have a proprietary trading desk, so will neeed capital for this too.For propietary tarding and giving values added services to clients I would also like to get into creating mathematical models for statistical arbitrage and market timing signals. This will involve significant software development. Software development a bank may fund but how do I do all of this or should I take each activity separately

For kind of activity you are involved vis-a-vis its funding, you will have to prove your calibre by some concrete results before any bank or funder could think of funding you.
