Marketing for IT Outsourcing Company?

OK! Here is the deal. I have company in Nepal and I have around 20 developers working for me. We do Web development and anything type of software development. I can get the job done in Nepal for about half the price what India is offering.. How do I market my company in United States ? I do live in United States Currently.
