Confused.....please help me......?

hi guys,,

im 21 m from bangalore. right now im working in an consultancy as system admin *** recruiter. and also im doing my B.Sc 1st year....but if i stay here i may not able to complete my education....i want to relocate....wht will i get a good jobs....in BPO...??? Im much interested in software development......how can i upgrade to that field.....??? like wht should i do wht i want to do software courses simultaniousely?? which course i can do??? which course i should i do???? plz suggest me

If you think you can't complete your education doing the job then leave it and concentrate on our studies. After completing your B.Sc you can study MCA , so that you can enter the software industry
