Is the workplace psychopath simply non-consultative ?

Imagine a civilisation that spent millions of years developing some software.

The workplace psychopath will doctor the software development methodology and also doctor some code.

After that they are on their own, like a jockey on a horse.

They are then driven by the situation they have created, and need to coverup.

A "workplace" implies more than one worker; ie: the psychopath plus others. Your hypothesis presupposes none of the other workers would be affected by the doctoring or care.

To be non-consultative implies you're not in an advisory capacity... which makes sense if you doctored software your workplace relies upon. You certainly wouldn't advertise the fact you messed up the software.

But whether you doctored the software or not, you'd still assume a non-consultative role about being a psychopath. so the answer to your question is, "Yes. A workplace psychopath is non-consultative and he won't be advertising that fact he's a psychopath any time soon."
