What should be our response for the question "Why you left the Previous Job"?Should we tell truth?

If person working as Software Developer and after some time he left the job for some reason then he/she make up his/her mind to work in BPO co. then often Interviewer ask question "Why u r changing ur job field eventhough u may get better opprtunity in the Software Development".Person may work for time being for various reason like to tackle financial problem,till get good job etc.
Should one disclose the truee reason.Because I got beaten in interview for fact.Please suggest me.

Always say the truth, but say it in a clever way. If you left for more money, say it like "I was offered a better position with very promising company that had a lot of challenges." You can always say something in a positive way that makes you sound like a good employee.

The best way the answer that question is to turn a negative into a positive. Tell the truth, but mildly. For example, I left a job because it was a dead end job. I said that opportunities for advancement were limited. The last thing you want to do is talk bad about the company.

It should be at least candy-coated in the truth, so it initially doesn't look suspicious or shady to the employer you're interviewing with.

Use good instincts. Potential employers appreciate honesty, but at the same time, tact is needed when being frank on matters. I would never mention any political reason for leaving a place of employment. You could, however, morph this reason into something like, "I'm looking for a company with better methods of management and leadership." It's all in the wording.

It should be to seek more responsiblity and expand your portfolio. always use something that shows that you have goals and want to make yourself more valuable to your employer

always make it about you. never your previous job or employer. if the new employer feels that you are talking bad about the old job, he may feel that you will talk badly about him and that maybe thats the kind of person you are.

What you have asked is a very dicey issue. I think the best approach is to be as diplomatic as possible.

Telling the truth might hurt you in an unexpected way, but then telling a lie at an interview is not the brightest thing to do either.

You have to lie............because it's the money that is a problem to you and due to which you are changing the job.......never ever mention about money

Since you are going to attend BPO interview.......first go through the company's website.........try to know what they are doing.......BPO basically deals with clients having a problem with computer and related items

So, You have to tell that you like to interact with people........tell them that in your previous job you were given a very little chance of interacting with clients...............and tell them that BPO is a platform where in you can interact with clients and will help to maintain a good client relationship with the company................

Whatever lie you tell to them........you got to tell with confidence.........
