H1b visa requirements?

heres my problem. I am one of those persons who are in limbo while staying here in america as a son of an international organization worker i only have 1 more year to stay here so im desperate in finding a legal way to stay.

. i want to apply for an h1b visa but i only have an associates(2-year) degree in software development and 2 year work experience as a web developer. i know i am not qualified yet for the h1 but is it possible to use my "other" certifications (ex web developer certification, web master cert) that i obtain from my college since these certificates which i have multiple of them took a year or so to get? and the college catalog even says these certificate requires at least a year to finish. so im wondering if i can use these certificates to compensate my eligibility for qualifications for h1 visa.

maybe theres a loop hole with the requirements for h1? can i anyone help? please

to answer the two responses, i a from the philippines, and the other is yes i can try to get a 4 year degree, but my situation is i am trying to preserve my work permit or at least work instead of going back to school. so i just want to know if with my experience and school, am i qualified for the h1 visa?

Can't you get a student visa for a 4 year degree? You'd only have 2 more years...

You don't say what country you are from. What does your embassy say? Have you gone to the embassy of your country that is here in the US?
