Payment collectors? |
we are a software development company based in India. we had done some work for company based in Miami and they have delayed payments around $ 2000/- since November 2005 . Can you give me an idea if there are any ganets or companies who could help with collecting the payment from them. There are many ways to go after the company. Try a lawyer they have the most flexibility in these matters. Being that you are out of the country, you may not have much recourse. I'd look under collection agencies in Miami or maybe find a company that you can sell the receivables to for a fraction of the amount, though with such a low $ amount, I'm not sure they would be interested. |
