Which Foreign Language is Best from Spanish and German ?

I am interested in making my career in Software Development and so I wanted to know which country is better to do a job related to IT , Germany or Spain ?

Please let me know if Spanish is good or should I go for German ?

don't forget that spanish is the official language of many other countries.

german is great but it's considered third choice for business.

first english second spanish and third is french, german and japanesse.

switch second and third for technology.
