Being an Indian ,how can i start to apply for US immigration ? |
I am engineer , right now I'm in a software development MNC. I am doing MBA , as well (in part time). If I wish to get American Green-Card , then how shall I proceed ? There are only certain cities in which you can get them, I know that Madras, Hydrebad, New Delhi, and Mumbai at least have places to get them. The process is very difficult, not to discourage you or anything, but it takes years to get your greencard. First, though, you need to get your VISA, a passport, and all your immigration papers...Then, when you are working inside the United States, you may apply for your Green card. I know many indian families that are still waiting for their green card after years of waiting for it. The requirement for it is also that you have been working inside the United States for 5 years (about)...Your first priority should be to get into the United States and get a JOB!
