A foreigner receiving stock options and prefered stocks as part of a contract? |
Hi, I'm on the USA on a business VISA closing some software development contracts for my company in Brazil. Some of these companies have offered us stock options and prefered stocks. Can a foreigner or his company receive stock options or prefered stocks as part of the payment for the service he'll do for his clients ?
