Paperwork for software consultant to engage for client? |
I want to open a consulting firm for software consultant. I have not done this before. What are steps I need to do for each consulting case? Specifically what paperworks are typically required? Non-disclosure agreement form? Constract? Time-sheet? Invoice? What else important am I missing? You certainly need an agreement, although you may want to customize a standard client/vendor agreement for your specific business. I use Legal Business Pro as a starting point for all my agreements. Plus... it's a heck of a lot cheaper than my attorney :) Go on Chaz |
