I am trying to start a GIS consulting firm targeting Land use and Zoning Lawyers, Any Advice??

I have been working in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for about 7 years now. I believe there is a market to consult to land use and zoning lawyers; however, most lawyers seem to have not heard of this software, although it is what is used to create the maps for the local governments that the lawyers are going up against. Does anyone have any advice for some one trying to introduce a very powerful mapping skill?
