What to do with Discriminating boss? |
I am working part time in bay area. After constantly asking my boss increased my hours to 32 from 12 hours/week.He promised me if we get a new project he will increase my salary and hours both. But what he did he hired a new lady full time with excellent pay and benefits.I have to train her, as per my boss she will leave,as she is on 6 month contract. Look for a new job. For whatever reason, your boss does not value you enough to give you fulltime with benefits. Don't rock the boat, quit nagging him, keep this little bit of security while you find a new job where they might appreciate you. You're chopped liver at your present job. sounds like he is keeping you part time and hiring a contract worker, he is trying to avoid paying benefits. |
