Should the team consist of members with similar training and background or different skills and background? |
considering the formation of a project team This is a interesting question, as it really makes a person think. I with out a doubt want folks that have a great deal o knowledge about the project but I would like there to be as much diversity as possible. If wat I was trying to do would effect the majority of middle class them I would want mostly middle class but I still would want person (s) from both the upper class and the lower class, I would also want to have both genders and if possible several different ethnicity's |
