In general, do civil engineers work in teams, or are they solely responsible for most projects they do? In general, civil engineers almost always work in teams. The exception to this that I've seen is when the civil engineer either consults privately, or the firm is very small and each engineer is responsible for taking his/her projects from cradle to grave. We work in teams. You do still have to be accountable for the role you play in the project. |
