Don't pour out your feelings about her like that. Maybe try to get her alone, not cornered, just alone, give her space to back away and ask her if she'd like to go out or something. Say it sincerely, girls can see right through fakes, so just try something like: "I really, really like you and I was wondering if you'd go out with me?" AFTER talking with her for a while. Don't just say that straight up, you'd probably not go too well like that.

Sounds ok except the staring part. Why don't you first find something she is wearing that you like. (Hat, necklace, ring, color of her shirt) and tell her that you think it looks nice on her. THEN tell her you can't get over how beautiful you are. Then it doesn't sound weird.

It depends on the situation, you need to judge how much she opens up to you too...

If the two of you are alone at camp and she's curled up in your arms...of course you can tell her how you feel about her and how much you'll miss her.

Don't do the stare thing right away though, it isn't a horrible idea but do something smaller first...when you guys are apart, try to catch her eye contact. If she returns it/smiles, you're good. If she looks away/ignores it, then don't bother with her...she's just a friend for now.

Whether you tell her how you feel or not, you can increase your chances for this girl to form feelings for you too. Make her laugh whenever you can, it's the fastest and easiest way to have a girl warm up to you. If you feel brave enough try putting your arm around her when you're walking...I doubt she'll mind.

Guys are only creeps if they're too far away, so try to get closer to her as a friend. Good luck.
