There is a guy at my work (internship) who I find very hot! I notice him staring at me a lot and he is always so polite to me. He acted more reserved around me then with the other colleagues, but we had to work on a team together for a project and we all got to know each other better, so he is more comfortable with me. He always says hi to me first in the hallways and we smile at each other a lot. We have a group lunch tomorrow and I want to talk to him more, so what should I say w/out embarrassing him at work and in a group lunch? Also, do you think he likes me?

If you know what some of his hobbies or interests are, try bringing those up. That would be a good icebreaker that could lead to more conversation. It sounds like he likes you. If he acted more reserved around you than the others at first, that could be a good sign because he was worried about embarrassing himself or doing something to make himself look bad in front of you. I think he does like you.

I have a feeling he is interested in you.
Just walk up to him and say hi and ask how he is doing.
The conversation will pick up from there.
