Where can I get free photoshop software?

I need it for a school project. I need a really good photoshop software. One that is clean and great. I'm not trying to be picky but you know with all the viruses coming around... You get the point. I would really appreciate it!!!

try the GIMP - it's really good and most likely will do everything you need - the interface will be different from Photoshop but the functionality is there

If it's just for a school project, I think that there a some free Photoshop trials available at their site. The thing is I'm not sure how long they last.
