Which is a good and easy to use program to design simple 3d animations?

I have this school project, its just a simple 3d animation demo. But the software ive found its too complicated...
Ive tried with Toon Boom.

There are a few free options that you can download and try. Each has it's own level of difficulty and functionality.

If all you need is to make a simple 3d animation, you should try downloading one of the Alice programs (http://www.alice.org/).
Alice is designed for beginners and allows you to make simple animations.

A slightly more complicated (but still quality) program is Google's Sketchup (http://sketchup.google.com/). There are several tutorials you can find online to help do animation in Sketchup.

If neither of these programs give you the functionality that you need, you can try Blender (http://www.blender.org/). I would not recommend trying this program unless the top two seem too simple for your project. It is fairly difficult to learn to use unless you have previous experience with other programs.
