Looking for a software to program keyboard keys?

hello people, I hope you guys can help me out. I use a laptop to play playstation and nintendo 64 games with emulation (ePSXe) and (project 64). The problem is while saving and loading you have to use specific F keys. I was wondering if I could get a software to program F keys so that just have to use the 2 buttons on my touchpad. any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks

If you want to use your controller to press the F keys, use a software called Joytokey. If you want to use your keyboard to press the F keys (like a good lazy person should) I might recommend using Autohotkey to do it. Some1 might have a better answer for the keyboard method though.
