What is better, taking herbal tablets or taking herbal capsules or just herbal tea??

i have this project in school..
we have to make a marketing plan about herbal medicines here in the Philippines.
And i cannot decide which product would be better for the consumer, meaning what would they rather take , is it tablet, capsules or tea...
please i need help..

Capsules are definitely better to swallow than tablets. Tea offers a weaker concentration of the herb and can sometimes be terribly bitter depending on the herb, however if it is an herb that tastes good then having a nice cup of tea is more pleasant than taking some capsules.

then I guess there is the issue of the severity of the person's condition. It the condition is severe and they don't care about the experience of sipping tea but just want to get well, capsules again.

Sometimes tablets do not dissolve. Capsule would be much better. Tea can be a real pain in the neck to do all the time, plus the tea just gives you the water extractable components.

I take capsules most of the time because I can't stand the taste/feeling of tea.But second to that, I drink tea.

I wouldn't do tabs, doesn't seem natural.
