You see an advertisement in the paper for a job vacancy that you are interested in.

If you had the following job experiences, what would you put down as transferable skills on your CV?

Organisational development training
Basic IT training
Drama training
Capacity development
Administrative duties
helping local organisations with their project applications and activity plans

Here is what I think would be transferable skills:

IT skills
ability to lead and manage projects
ability to work with people
ability to work on my own initiative
good team work skills
good networking skills
good communicator

I can't think of anything else. I don't want to leave anything out.

Without knowing you, I couldn't suggest any other skills to include. I would add "demonstrated" to any skills which apply to past experience. If you have experience helping organizations with projects & activities, state that you have "demonstrated ability to lead & manage projects." It makes your statement an action, rather than a passive statement, adding impact.
