Is this a good idea? |
well i'm going into 6th grade (middle school) this year and me and my bff (btw we'll be going to the same school since our school is K-8 but no it's not a private school) are thinking about starting a club called 'Fashion Forward.' we were planning to pass out advertisements for the club to girls in school at like break or something. we plan to give presentations and stuff about today's popular trends, awesome styles, etc. and also since every friday is Spirit Day at our school we're supposed to wear red well we were thinking that every friday we have a contest to see which member has the cutest red outfit. and also we plan to like assign weekend projects (optional) like who can make the cutest outfit and stuff like that. so yeah do you think this is a good idea? do you think lots of popular girls and stuff will want to join? so yeah um what do you think???? thanks!! btw, i;m 11 and my bff will be 11 in october Yeh i think that sounds like a really great idea and it looks like you already have alot of ideas so that will deffinatly help you get started. i think another fun idea would be to have a fashion show and then you can auction of the clothing at the end to make money for your club. also if you have some sort of school paper type deal you can put like this month in style in there. i was in journalism in middle school and we did that. so yeh jjust explore and have fun... yeah i think it sounds like a fun idea. but you have to keep up with it which is really hard. me and one of my best friends tried to make a clique and have monthly meetings and we only ended up having one and were all still friends but we barely talk or see eachother anymore. but yeah i think itd be really fun just make sure you can handle the responsibility :) That sounds like a fun club. I probably would join. Just make sure that you don't exclude a lot of people because some kids take it personally and you don't want to make a small club a huge issue. But you should definitely go for it but make sure you know what's ahead of you. Have fun! I think it sounds fun! I probably would have joined when I was that age. Good luck with it. |
