Help me choose a new PDA or SmartPhone?

It has come time for me to get a new cell phone, and this time I was hoping to get me a PDA or smartphone. Yet, I am not sure what to get. I am on AT&T and I need to get a new contract because I have had my current cell phone for about 4 years now.

I need to have one that I can use at college to get onto the wireless my school has, but does not have to have the plans that let it get onto the net when ever (after all, I am not the one that pays the bill). I also need for it to be able to synch with my comp becouse I will need to write homework notes or project info into it so I can get it home and onto my comp. Yet I do not have outlook (I have Windows Mail). So I will need one that has its own software. Yet, I would like it to play MP3s, and have a cam/video recorder just for fun.

Wi-Fi
Bluetooth
USB plug in
Own Software
Cam
MP3 player
Windows Compatible
(GPS would be a plus, but not needed.)

No鈥?br> - Outlook (I do have office, just not outlook!)
- Net or crazy plans that will drive up the bills.
(No crazy cost for the phone itself w/ renewing contract would help!)

Seeing how you're a Windows user, a Windows Mobile handset seems like the obvious choice. I'd recommend a touch-screen model, as much more software is written for that specification.

The best of what's available from AT&T seems to be the Tilt, AT&T's version of the TyTN II.

I have a Blackberry Pearl from AT&T and it fits all the requirements you have above. You can also check out the BB Curve or 8800.
