I have a problem with a friend |
I had this friend that I was great friends with in high school. We were very, very close and did a lot of things together. I introduced her to another good friend of mine (who also went to the same school as us). This second friend and I stopped talking to each other due to problems. I would talk to my first friend about it, but she didn't like it because she had gotten to know the second friend well by then. This was at the end of our senior year. We didn't see each other during the whole summer (me and the first, close friend) even though I called her. I didn't see her for our first year of college either. I've contacted her a few times but she hasn't replied like she used to. About a week ago I messaged her on a Facebook and she said she really, really wanted to see me. So I suggested a day that would work (after a few messages back and forth) but she didn't reply. This whole thing is making me frustrated. I am constantly trying to initiate plans with this person who used to initiate our plans and always wanted to hang out. We always did projects together and went to concerts and places together. Should I keep trying to get together with this friend? I feel like such a great friendship is diminishing. PLEASE help. This ones tough. Just tell her she's frustrating you by her actions. Tell her you want her in your life and would hate to see her out of it. Every relationship whether its friendship or whatever needs to have a good communication. Its better to talk face to face. Just catch her by surprise if she doesnt want to arrange anything. Just dont end it with out talking to her. If you've talked to her and nothing improves then you should let go. i think you should give it one more try! wow um i dont feel like reading thanks 4 the 2 points meh |
