Need Investors/Funding Sources information?

Here is an ad I posted. Some sites require a money fee to advertise or retrive the contact info once a posting is made. As I do not have the $ the require. Anyone can point me in the right direction for free advertising?

1) Complete record plat 鈥?the project is about 80% complete 鈥?the land is entitled and zoned for 47 high end homes also Howard County in Maryland has allotted schools and other public resource to support the planned community - the total land assemblage is 160 acres of which the Nixon Family owns 128 acres
2) Purchase the remaining 33 acres from neighboring owner who has agreed to sell and allowed the portion of record plat that has been completed to include his land
3) Take out the existing liens that total $3.9 million
4) 12 months esc
