Please help me for my m.sc project.its very urgent?

i had planned to do m.sc.project on production of insulin using animal cell culture so please give me some website name from which i can able to get the protocol for the production of insulin.its very urgent plz help me

You have a tough problem here. Today most insulin is made by genetically engineering human insulin. Twenty years ago before this was possible diabetics used the insulin extracted from pancreatic cells of pigs and cattle, mostly pigs. You obviously do not have the equipment to genetically engineer human insulin which means you would have to culture pancreatic cells from a pig and then extract the insulin. This is tough too. The first guys to do it (Banting and Best) won a Nobel Prize. Good luck.
