Thats a merit question. the pass one was identify and use planning and control methods in conjunction with a typical engineering project within your company. its gotta be an essay with maximum of 3000 words. so far ive identifiyed 5:

Capacity Requirements Planning
Inventory management
Process planning

You need to add configuration control, acceptance test procedures, time sheets, issued budgets, non-conformance/corrective action reports and organization chart/scope of job.

Some of your items are more to a manufacturing company. Engineering companies are a little different.
