School project ok I need some help I am starting a baby farm and it sounds crazy but please help me?

I did reseach saying I can do it it sound crazy but it can work JUST A REPORT NOT A MAD MAN THAT IS GOING TO DO IT

what I am doing planning on doing is saying I am taking care of the european homeless problem I am build a system that well help the homeless help people that have children and bring money to foriegn countries please help

1)I need a soucre saying I can change DNA in the children anyway shape or form

2) I need something that says it well help the homeless and a program that well pay for it

3) I need reseach on owning land in a foriegn country with a treaty or something

4) I need grants saying they well pay for homeless or studies on stem cell reseach or thing we can study from babies

5) I need to know if there is slavery and if there still a market and were

6) how many babies can a women handle giving birth to at one time (it would be nice to see it say over 3)

PLEASE HELP NEED AS MUCH HELP ON THIS PROJECT

well, as of now, human genetic engineering is in its infancy. it is not possible to change DNA in "any way, shape or form." Most forms of DNA manipulation are still theoretical.
as for how many babies a typicalwoman can physically give birth to safely...I'd say it would be twins. The more babies in utero, the lower the birth weight becomes and the earlier they will be born. I think many women can have healthy twins...triplets sometimes occur naturally as well, but of course carrying triplets is riskier than twins. Triplets and higher order multiples put a huge amount of strain on the human body and must be heavily monitored by doctors. Quads and quints can turn out healthy, but the cases of women giving birth to 6 or more children usually results in deaths or handicaps among the children. I think septuplets are the highest number of surviving children a woman has given birth to (and they were not all healthy)...as far as I know there are no surviving octuplets in the world.
