GPS GSM Vehicle Tracking --- Here we r planning to use a GPS & GSM module alongwid GPS & GSM antennas, RS232,
the format for the SYNOPSIS is as follows:--

4.Work done utill now

6.Scope of Project

Do you have a question?

By the way, I don't understand what the project is that you are proposing to do. Don't you just buy a GPS unit, install it in your vehicle and voila! GPS vehicle tracking? Perhaps this is one of the questions you need to address in your synopsis.
